A child’s work is anonymous to teachers from outside of your school.
We understand this is a common request if you would like to share files with other schools in your Trust / MAT, for example.
Rest assured, a child’s work is anonymous if you share the file with a teacher from outside of your school.
For example, if school A creates a folder and shares it with teachers from schools B and C, it would be unnamed when accessed by schools B and C.
All teachers in school A would of course be able to see the child’s name.
As an extra precaution, you should avoid naming the child in the comments or description of the file, and ensure their name is not visible on their actual work.
