How to get set up on Pobble if you have purchased Teaching and Learning subscriptions for your colleagues

Admins can review pupils, colleagues and other admins at any time on their Teachers page.

1. Assign your school administrators (Admins).
Upon purchasing a Teaching and Learning school subscription, you'll provide a nominated school admin (key contact), who we'll assign the role to. Admins are responsible for adding and removing teachers, students, and groups in Pobble.
Assign and un-assign multiple admins on your 'Teachers' page. We recommend adding your school secretary/office as an admin for smooth role transitions.
2. Invite Your Colleagues to Join Pobble
To invite, log in, click on your avatar, then 'School settings' to access the ' Manage Teachers' page.
Scroll to the bottom to invite - simply add their email address.
Inform your colleagues about their Pobble account before inviting them. If they previously registered for a free Pobble account, notify them of their account status change, and new access.
If their account has been inactive for a while you will see details under the 'last log in' column. They may require a password reset.
Remove inactive staff from your Team Page for security reasons.
3. Assign your teacher subscriptions
Note - if you have purchased a whole school subscription, you can ignore this step - each teacher you add as per step 2 will immediately have full premium access.
If you have purchased teacher subscriptions, at the top of the page you will see a section outlining the details. To assign a subscription to a teacher, simply scroll down to your teacher list and click 'assign one' next to their name.
The name of the subscription will appear and the number of subscriptions adjust accordingly. The teacher will have access to their premium subscription the next time they log in!
