      How do I access a copy of my invoice or billing history?

      Individual subscribers can access a copy of their invoice via Membership page > Manage my current subscription > Billing History.

      Log in and head to your membership page. Click 'manage my subscription'.

      Click 'Billing History'

      Click 'download' to access your prior invoices.

       

      Note: This option is not available if you have been added as part of a whole school subscription / assigned seats. The purchaser from your school will have a copy of the invoice.
