      How do I export parent codes and pupil passcodes?

      You can now download a .csv file of parent codes and pupil passcodes via 'My Pupils'.

      Head to your 'My Pupils' screen and select the pupils whose information you wish to export.

      A blue 'action' button will appear on the bottom right. Click this and select the option 'export codes'.

       

       

      A .csv file will be generated for your convenience. This data can then be used to send parents their codes via your chose distribution method, such a Mail Merge or similar.
