I can't access the premium Pobble 365 resources.

With a Pobble 365 premium subscription or trial you should be able to access all Pobble 365 lessons and all the additional features.

You will only be able to access our Premium Pobble 365 resources if you have an active subscription attached to your account.

If you believe you should be able to access the resources and you can't please check the following.

1) Is the email you are logging in with the same as the one you purchased the subscription with? 

2) Is there an active individual or school subscription (check your my membership page) 

3) If you are part of school subscription check with your Pobble admin that your account is linked to your team page.
