How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have a paid subscription to Pobble, here's how to cancel it. Please note, your subscription is set to auto-renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Log in and head to your memberships page. If you are on an active paid subscription, at the bottom left there will be an option to cancel.

 

 

When you cancel your subscription, we cancel your auto-renewal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. At that point, you’ll be placed on our "Pobble Free" plan.  

If you were on monthly billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid month.

If you were on annual billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid year.

 

Please note we do not offer refunds for money already paid as per our Terms and Conditions (section 13 - subscription fees)

Your subscription is managed by your school's Pobble administrator. Please ask them to get in touch with us at hello@pobble.com.
