If you have a paid subscription to Pobble, here's how to cancel it.
Log in and head to your memberships page. If you are on an active paid subscription, at the bottom left there will be an option to cancel.
You can also click "Manage subscription". Here you will be able click on your plan to edit the details of your subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, we cancel your auto-renewal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. At that point, you’ll be placed on our "Pobble Free Forever" plan.
If you were on monthly billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid month.
If you were on annual billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid year.
Please note we do not offer refunds for money already paid.
If you are on a free trial and you'd like to stop using Pobble, there is no need to cancel (as you do not currently have a Pobble subscription). At the end of your trial, your account will automatically switch to the "Pobble Free Forever" plan.
Your subscription is managed by your school's Pobble administrator. Please ask them to get in touch with us at email@example.com.
