How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have a premium free trial or paid subscription to Pobble, here's how to cancel it. Please note, your subscription is set to auto-renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

FREE TRIAL

Head to your membership page and click 'manage my current subscription'.

 

 

Select your T & L annual subscription

Click 'cancel subscription'

 

PREMIUM ACCOUNTS

Log in and head to your memberships page. If you are on an active paid subscription, at the bottom left there will be an option to cancel.

 

 

When you cancel your subscription, we cancel your auto-renewal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. At that point, you’ll be placed on our "Pobble Free" plan.  

If you are on annual billing, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid year.

Please note we do not usually offer refunds for subscriptions already paid as per our Terms and Conditions (section 13 - subscription fees).

Group and school subscriptions

Your subscription is managed by your school's Pobble administrator. Please ask them to get in touch with us at hello@pobble.com.
