Cancellation and Refund FAQ's

Before you cancel your subscription, please review the following frequently asked questions.

What happens when I cancel?

Your Pobble subscription plan will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current monthly/annual billing period. You will continue to have access to your premium Pobble features until the cancellation date.

Individual subscribers can cancel any time up to their auto-renewal date. Schools should provide 30 days notice as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Will I receive a credit or refund?

We do not offer refunds as per our Terms of Service. Although we have no obligation to do so, we notify all subscribers via email of their upcoming renewal ahead of their auto renewal date, so you should have plenty of time to cancel if required in accordance with our Terms of Service. 

In the very exceptional circumstances where we need to provide a refund, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £30 for individuals and £100 for schools.
