This article explains our refund policy for individual and school subscriptions

Can I obtain a refund?

Free Trials

At the end of your Free Trial, your subscription will default to an individual Premium Subscription unless cancelled - see our Terms of Service. If your free trial ends and converts to a paid Premium Subscription, you have 14 days to request a refund via this form.

If you believe you have special circumstances that may qualify you for a refund, please reach out to us by submitting a ticket via this form.

*If you are cancelling or requesting a refund outside of the 14 days, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £30 for individual subscriptions. In GBP and all other currencies, this is 50% of the total annual subscription cost. 


Individual Subscriptions

**Please note that cancelling your subscription after the renewal date will cancel the next renewal, not the current active subscription. This is different from requesting a refund for a renewal.**

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we require individual users to cancel their subscriptions before the renewal date. Please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your auto-renewal date, or you will be charged for the following subscription period. 

Your auto-renewal date is stated in the email you received when you purchased your subscription, you'll also find it on your Pobble membership page. Additionally, we notify all subscribers via email of their upcoming renewal ahead of their auto-renewal date (please note, we have no obligation to do this, we're just trying to help - please ensure you check your spam filters), so you should have plenty of time to cancel if required.

School Subscriptions

We require that schools give us at least 30 days' notice before cancellation and you can cancel via the 'Manage your subscription' button on the Membership page. Instructions on how to cancel can be found here.

*If you do not provide 30 days' notice before cancellation, a £60 administrative fee may be charged for school subscriptions.

 

To stop future payments, it is important to cancel your subscription, rather than just your payment card. 

An inactive card does not change the obligation to make payment and we will continue to request payment.
