Before you cancel your subscription, please review the following frequently asked questions.
What happens when I cancel?
Your Pobble subscription will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of your current monthly/annual billing period. You will continue to have access to your premium Pobble features until the cancellation date.
Individual subscribers can cancel any time up to their auto-renewal date. Schools should provide 30 days notice as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Can I obtain a refund?
We do not offer refunds, as outlined in our Terms of Service (which you signed up to when purchasing your subscription). Please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your auto-renewal date, or you will charged for the following subscription period.
Your auto-renewal date is stated on the email you received when you purchased your subscription and on your Pobble membership page. Additionally, to help, we notify all subscribers via email of their upcoming renewal ahead of their auto renewal date (please note, we have no obligation to do this, we're just trying to help - don't blame us for your spam filters!), so you should have plenty of time to cancel if required.
There are some very exceptional circumstances (for example, a bereavement, duplicate purchase, redundancy), where we may consider providing a refund. If you believe you have exceptional circumstances that may qualify you for a refund, please submit a ticket via this form.
Cases are reviewed on a monthly basis and we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £30 for individuals and £100 for schools to cover the cost of payment processing fees and our administrative time to administer the refund.
In order to cancel payments you must cancel your subscription, not your payment card. That will stop future payments.
An inactive card does not change the obligation to make payment and we will continue to request payment.
