A pupil log in is not working

Simple checks you can make with your class.

There are few checks you can do if your pupil is struggling to log in.

1. Check the name they are entering is exactly the same as the one the teacher has uploaded originally (for example, Tom / Thomas). 

2. Type the name of the school AND the town / city to bring up a more specific search.

3. Ensure the pupil is entering the four digit pupil passcode, NOT the parent code which links the parent account to the teacher.

4. Try an alternative browser or device. If this is the case, do get in touch at hello@pobble.com with more details.
